Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka yang ingin dicapai penulis adalah mengetahui peran E-WOM dan kredibilitas infuencer terhadap minat beli dengan citra merek sebagai variabel intervening pada konsumen produk tepung bumbu sasa. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran e-wom terhadap minat beli konsumen tepung bumbu sasa, mengetahui peran kredibilitas influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk tepung bumbu sasa. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa pasar di Boyolali yaitu Pasar Pengging, Pasar Sunggingan, Pasar Boyolali, Pasar Sambi, Pasar Ketaon. Dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2023. Dengan Populasi tak terhingga dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang konsumen tepung bumbu sasa. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik proportional sampel (sampel proporsi) Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan, Observasi, Dokumentasi, Kuisioner, Studi pustaka. Dengan Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equiation Modeling (SEM) dan diolah dengan smartpls 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian tepung bumbu sasa ini menunjukan E-WOM tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Kredibilitas influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek. The right leadership style can determine the quality and quality of service. Although in any situation the principal is required to improve the ability in information technology and has an important role to make all policies for the success of the school, it is also supported by employee performance, therefore the key to success lies in leadership. The purpose of this study is to analyse and describe the performance of teachers and education personnel can be influenced by the principal's leadership style. The results showed that there are seven aspects of the principal's leadership style, among others, first, the daily behaviour of the principal shows a caring attitude, open, jolly, firm but wise; second, delegation is done fairly; third, decision making is done together, in certain situations and urgent decisions are taken by the principal; fourth, supervision is done directly and monitors progress; fifth, school development includes facilities and infrastructure, teacher and employee learning, student talent interest development; sixth, communication is two-way and open by providing solutions; seventh, motivating by providing encouragement and enthusiasm in the form of praise, thanks, telling stories about experiences that can inspire and fulfil answers to employee problems.</em></p>2024-03-09T04:36:11+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal AKTUAL
