PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance and the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at IAIN Salatiga. This research is a quantitative study with a causal association research design by taking samples at IAIN Salatiga. Data collection techniques were obtained from documentation, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics, namely multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination assisted by SPSS version 23 data analysis software. The results showed that (1) compensation and the work environment jointly affect employee performance, ( 2) partially indicates that compensation has an effect on employee performance, (3) the work environment partially has no effect on employee performance, (4) The results of the determination test show that 56.6% of IAIN Salatiga employee performance is influenced by compensation and work environment variables, while 43.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.
